Our local organic Vineyard and Gin distillery

Barely a mile from Coombe End is Albury Organic Vineyard and next door is the home

What our guests say

A very special experience

I had the best 2 nights ever spent in an English country house with B&B and the most charming hosts. Delightful gardens and fabulous Surrey views on the edge of the charming village of Shere. Beds are very comfortable and breakfasts excellent..every aspect highly recommendable. We will definitely be returning with friends and hope to visit again soon!!!

Beautiful home in a lovely village setting

We have just returned from a one night stay at Coombe End. Martin and Carol are thoughtful and very welcoming hosts and their home is just stunning - perfectly located a few minutes walk from the village centre. We stayed in a beautiful room and then enjoyed their healthy breakfast the next morning. We were only sorry we couldn't stay longer. Would definitely recommend!

We will return!

On the eve of the Brexit results, near the end of our 10 day UK trip from Beverly Hills California, we had the most delightful B&B experience with our wonderful hosts Carol & Martin.

Everything was perfect. A lovely walk from the house to Shere and the pub & back in the evening. A great room & bath, a lovely breakfast in their sun filled dining room overlooking their picturesque garden... it couldn't have been nicer. We were also lucky to meet their fabulous daughter Sarah who so kindly planned the following day of our trip in great detail. We followed her recommendations & enjoyed everything immensely. A perfect end to our holiday in the UK and one we will never forget.

A great but too short a stay!

Lovely, friendly welcome by Carol & Martin the owners of this beautiful charming house:they make you feel at home within minutes of your arrival. Beautiful surroundings ,amazing views from our top of the house bedroom; very very comfortable king size bed ! The breakfast 'spread' of fresh fruit salad and delicious croissants was fantastic, just wished we had spent more time there, but we shall return!

We highly recommend this B&B for an unforgettable experience. Anne & Chris

Room Tip: we had the top of the house bedroom ,the views over the village and the Surrey downs are magnificent...

Absolutely charming stay

We went to Shere for couple of days just to escape from London and it was amazing.

The village gave us everything what we wanted, charming houses, streets, the cutest church I've ever seen, little pub with friendly staff and plenty of roads through the hills for late walks. All of that was more than we asked for. But once we walked into Carol's and Michael's house we felt blessed. Their house is gorgeous, the atmosphere is friendly and they make you feel like at home. And the room was stunning!!

Beautiful home in a lovely village setting

We stayed here for a friends wedding via recommendation and it didn't disappoint. The Druces were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, from helping out with local knowledge, taxis and even giving us a lift to the church. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. The house was easy enough to find, the location was perfect, the breakfast was yummy and the bedrooms and interior of the house was were Shere luxury. We will almost definitely return and recommend to all our friends.
